The promise
Come in with an idea. Leave with a working product, paying customers, and a repeatable way to get more.
Designed so most participants leave with a revenue-generating business.
01 / Who it's for
Builders who ship.
For builders and aspiring founders who can build with AI.
- You have an idea, or a problem you actually want to solve.
- You're comfortable with AI build tools — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Replit, Lovable.
- Solo, or a team of 1–4.
- Sydney or NSW based.
- Ready to sell, and to build in public.
02 / How it works
The arc.
Four moves across eight weeks. Each one earns the next.
01 →
Validate
Find the wedge and prove someone wants it.
Before a line of code goes to waste.
02 →
Build
Ship an AI-native MVP that works end to end.
Speed is the feature. Polish can wait.
03 →
Sell
Put a price on it and get in front of customers.
An offer, not a waitlist.
04 ■
Revenue
Turn first sales into a repeatable motion.
The point is the second customer.

07 / FAQ
Questions.
Do I need to be technical?
Yes — you need to be comfortable building with AI. You don't need a CS degree, but you should already be shipping things with tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Replit or Lovable.
This is a sprint, not an intro course. Week one assumes you can build.
What does it cost?
Not yet confirmed
Pricing is being confirmed and will be published before applications close.
Can I apply as a team?
Yes. Teams of 1 to 4. Apply together and tell us who does what.
Do I need an idea already?
Yes. Come in with an idea, or a problem you want to solve. Week one is about sharpening it into a wedge, not finding one from scratch.
Where is it?
Sydney. The program is hybrid — workshops run in person and online, and there's one full coworking day a week at UTS.
What if I can't attend in person?
Not yet confirmed
The in-person coworking day is a core part of the program. Remote arrangements are being finalised — get in touch before you apply if this affects you.
What tools and credits do I get?
AI credits across the build stack, including OpenAI and Codex. You're free to bring your own stack on top — we care what you ship, not what you ship it with.
Applications open
Eight weeks from now, you have customers.
Or you have eight more weeks of the idea sitting in your notes app. Bring the idea. We'll handle the pace.
